I do know that I do not have an order history for that first invoice and I wonder if that is related somehow. You should try it sometime and you'll see that as user is not given the easiest clue (check to see if the icon is for your ship to country, if click it and change it ). Then clicked it and voila I could change it. I Googled the address to find out what it was. Finally I spotted a little ZONOS icon at the left bottom of screen (barely visible) had a turkish emblem on it. The message varies, but it kept sending me back to the main menu. I changed my address here there and everywhere, deleted cart, rebooted computer, and cycled back to the main menu many times. It had me run around and around for a vey long time saying it would not ship to a foreign country. Now for the thing that influenced this response the most. There is a point where the computer data needs to be checked against the reality of what the product really is. We stock a extensive inventory of new parts. Like I said Chuck was very helpful and responsive. All States Ag Parts is a leading supplier of used, new and rebuilt parts for tractors, combines and ag equipment. It works best to do a dry run of onserting the screws in the badge before putting it on the hood. I used self-tapping screws of the same overall length, but of a kind that has thread all the way and thin slices in the end to tap the badge hole with threads. From the website: All States Ag Parts is the leading supplier of tractor, combine, and skid steer parts to North America. That would have been fine but the tapping part was so long that no thread reached the badge when inserted through the thick plastic of the hood top. One item.the hood badge had a problem which I was able to fix. It was just luck that none fell out as the assembly had knocked the end right out of the box enroute. The heavy assembly was in a box with 5 or 6 smaller items. Chuck has sent me a shipping label for the first assembly. I hope my debit card will get the credit for a return. Now I'll be sending the two assemblies back. On further research of your inventory I found the assembly for the right side and to be sure I came up with a useable pair, I ordered the left side assembly as well. It did not match the online description in same points. The second assembly I received was exactly the same as the first one. Please note that I provided all the needed fitment data that was needed during this order process. He went to get the product himself and sent it to me promptly. I received excellent help from Chuck Burkett who felt that the wrong product must have been pulled from inventory. I received the assembly and found it would not fit and was not as described (length of screw and width between the bottom u shaped end). I made the mistake of ordering ******* based on that description. It's description is similar to the cat 1 assembly I just ordered. An item ******* is described incorrectly in your system. Most of the order was delivered as expected.
